Acrylic Laser Cutting Service
We provide high-quality acrylic laser cutting services. We offer not only transparent acrylic materials but also a wide range of colored acrylic materials.
Wood Laser Cutting Service
Most natural solid woods and man-made wood panels are suitable for laser cutting; the key factors are the wood’s moisture content, resin content, and whether it contains impurities.
Types of wood suitable for laser cutting:
-Natural solid wood: Softwoods and hardwoods such as pine, birch, beech, maple, and cherry, as long as they are dry and free of obvious knots and metal impurities.
-Man-made wood panels: Plywood, medium-density fiberboard (MDF), and particleboard. Among them, MDF is a commonly used choice for laser cutting due to its uniform texture.
-Others: Bamboo, wood veneer, cork, etc., also have good cutting effects.
Alternatives to Laser Cutting
Alternative solutions to laser cutting for plate cutting include water jet cutting services and plasma cutting services. Laser cutting has limitations in terms of the thickness of the material being cut. Laser cutting can cut materials with a maximum thickness of 100mm. For materials with a thickness exceeding 100mm, please use water jet cutting and plasma cutting services.

The Advantages Of Laser Cutting
Durability
Laser cutting has a small heat-affected zone and smooth, flat cuts, which can reduce damage to material properties and stress concentration, making the workpiece more durable.
Scalability
All sheet metal parts can be custom-cut according to requirements, and laser cutting has lower costs. Depending on your needs, you can customize prototypes or carry out mass production.
Choice of Materials
Choose from a variety of materials, which cover a wide range of properties including strength, conductivity, weight, and corrosion resistance.

An Overview of Laser Cutting
Laser cutting is an advanced processing technology that uses a high-energy-density laser beam to cut materials.
Its core principle is as follows: A high-intensity laser is generated by a laser device, which is focused into an extremely small light spot (usually with a diameter at the micrometer level) through an optical path system, forming an extremely high energy density (up to 10⁶-10⁸ W/cm²). When it irradiates the material surface, it instantly heats the local area of the material to a molten, vaporized, or ablated state. At the same time, auxiliary gases (such as nitrogen and oxygen) are used to blow away the molten slag. Finally, precise cutting is completed by moving the laser head or workbench according to a preset path.
The notable characteristics of this technology are: smooth and flat cutting edges (with an accuracy of up to ±0.1mm), small heat-affected zone (reducing material deformation), high cutting speed, and adaptability to various materials such as metals (steel, aluminum, copper) and non-metals (acrylic, wood, fabric). It is widely used in fields such as sheet metal processing, automobile manufacturing, aerospace, electronic devices, and advertising decoration.
Advantages of Laser Cutting Services
-High Precision and Quality: The focused light spot is extremely small (micrometer-level), with cutting accuracy reaching ±0.1mm. The cut is smooth and flat with few burrs, reducing subsequent processes such as polishing;
-Small Heat-Affected Zone: Laser energy is concentrated, causing minimal thermal damage to the surrounding areas of the material, significantly reducing the risk of deformation, especially suitable for precision parts processing;
-Wide Material Adaptability: It can cut metals (steel, aluminum, copper, etc.) and non-metals (acrylic, wood, fabric, etc.), and can also efficiently process high-hardness and high-melting-point materials (such as titanium alloys);
-High Efficiency and Flexibility: Fast cutting speed (especially for thin plates), combined with numerical control programming, can quickly achieve complex pattern cutting without changing molds, suitable for small-batch customization, prototype production, and mass production with low setup costs;
-Strong Compatibility with Automation:It can be easily integrated with production lines, robots, etc., to achieve automated processing and improve production efficiency.
These characteristics make it a mainstream cutting technology in fields such as sheet metal processing, aerospace, and electronics.
Why us?

Full material coverage capability
It can not only perform high-efficiency cutting on metals such as carbon steel, stainless steel and aluminum alloy, but also process non-metallic materials like acrylic, wood and ceramics. Moreover, it supports “mixed nested cutting” for different materials, helping customers optimize the material utilization rate.
Small batches and customization
It not only supports small-batch trial production with a minimum order quantity of 1 unit, but also undertakes million-unit bulk orders. Furthermore, the cost for bulk orders is over 30% lower than that of similar services in Europe.
Authorized certification
The enterprise is certified to ISO 9001, ISO 14001, and IATF 16949 standards. Its cut parts can be directly used in fields with strict compliance requirements such as medical care and aerospace, and no additional testing is required when exported to Europe and North America.
