History

Shandong Rayther Intelligent Technology Co., Ltd. was established on January 4, 2015, and is located at 8# of Qilu Laser Sharing Industrial Park in Zichuan Economic Development Zone. It is a new – type high – tech enterprise integrating scientific research, development, manufacturing, and marketing. The industrial chain covers fields such as laser cutting machines, laser marking machines, laser welding machines, laser cleaning machines, laser engraving machines, laser automation and supporting equipment. Currently, it is a supplier to internationally renowned companies such as Shandong Special Industry Group Co., Ltd., Shandong North Coastal Machinery Co., Ltd., Shandong North Industrial Explosive Materials Co., Ltd., Siemens, South Korea’s LG, and India’s TATA Group.

Since most of the components for our laser equipment are manufactured in-house, we possess a wide range of CNC machines and machining centers, enabling us to fully handle processes such as cutting, welding, and assembly independently. To facilitate streamlined management and sustainable growth, we have established two independent companies:

Rayther focuses on the assembly and forming of laser cutting machines, welding machines, and other equipment, dedicated to deepening its expertise in integrated equipment solutions.
LEIFENG specializes in developing multi-directional mechanical processing components, aiming to expand its technical depth and market reach in the precision parts manufacturing field.

This strategic division allows each entity to concentrate on its core competence, driving more profound and far-reaching development within their respective domains.
